Dallas (16-8) aims to extend its winning streak against a Los Angeles team (10-13) fighting for a playoff foothold. The Wings won the most recent head-to-head meeting, 104-96 on June 5 in Los Angeles. Forward Nneka Ogwumike leads the Sparks. Over her last eight games, the veteran has averaged 20.8 points, 8.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists, including three double-doubles in her last four outings (7/15 vs. Minnesota: 23 points, 12 rebounds; 7/10 vs. Chicago: 25 points, 12 rebounds). Guard Paige Bueckers has been the engine for Dallas, averaging 23.6 points, 5.8 rebounds and 6.3 assists during a four-game winning streak.
