PHOENIX (Interstat) — The Las Vegas Aces host the Indiana Fever on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Mortgage Matchup Center in a matchup between two of the WNBA’s top contenders. Las Vegas (14-5) enters as the league’s second-best team by record, while Indiana (11-8) sits fifth in the standings. The Aces have won six of their last seven games, including a 107-99 victory at Chicago on June 28. Jackie Young scored 28 points and Chelsea Gray added 18 in that win. Las Vegas’ only loss in that stretch came June 23 against New York. Indiana is coming off a 111-87 win over Los Angeles on June 27, its third victory in four games. Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever with 26 points, while Tyasha Harris contributed 16. Fever forward Aliyah Boston has been a force. The reigning rookie of the year is averaging 17.4 points and 9.0 rebounds over her last 10 games, with four double-doubles in that span. She had 34 points and 12 rebounds in a 114-106 overtime win over Chicago on June 11 and 23 points in a narrow loss to Phoenix on June 24. Aces center A’ja Wilson has been even more dominant. She has scored 30 or more points in three of her last four games, including a 30-point, 15-rebound effort against Chicago on June 28. Wilson posted a near triple-double with 34 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists against Seattle on June 8, and she has recorded eight double-doubles in her last 10 outings. The Interstat game simulator projects a 95-82 Las Vegas victory. The Aces are installed as 6.5-point favorites, with an over/under of 182.5 total points. This is the first of two meetings between the teams in an eight-day span. They meet again July 12 in Las Vegas. Indiana follows Sunday’s game with a back-to-back road set at Los Angeles on July 8 and Phoenix on July 9. Las Vegas travels to Portland on July 9 before hosting Phoenix on July 11.
