Tyler Alexander earned the win with 1 2/3 hitless innings, and Carson Whisenhunt took the loss for the Giants. San Francisco managed eight hits but left runners stranded. The win lifted Texas to 57-58, while the Giants fell to 48-67. Attendance was 26,098, and the game lasted 2:34.
