CLEVELAND (Interstat) β The Cleveland Guardians host the Detroit Tigers on Sunday afternoon in the finale of a three-game series at Progressive Field. First pitch is set for 1:10 p.m. with clear skies and a game-time temperature of 84 degrees. Right-hander Gavin Williams (9-3, 3.12 ERA) is the probable starter for Detroit. Williams owns the best record among Tigers pitchers this season. Left-hander Joey Cantillo (3-3, 5.40 ERA) will take the mound for Cleveland. Series Notes Cleveland has won nine of its last 10 games against Detroit dating to the 2025 season. The Guardians have outscored the Tigers 27-12 during the current six-game winning streak.
