Astros right-hander Peter Lambert also turned in a strong performance Wednesday, throwing six shutout innings against Cleveland with three hits allowed and eight strikeouts in a 2-0 victory. Jazz Chisholm Jr. homered Thursday and is hitting .312 for the season. The Astros’ offense has struggled, scoring two or fewer runs in five of their last 11 games.
