PHOENIX (Interstat) — The Milwaukee Brewers, owners of the best record in the National League, aim to complete a three-game sweep Sunday evening when they face the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field. Milwaukee (54-32) has won five of its last seven games and holds a commanding lead in the NL Central. Arizona (43-44) has dropped seven of its last 10 and sits at .500, looking to salvage the finale of this series. The Brewers took the series opener in dramatic fashion Friday, winning 7-4 in 11 innings. Saturday’s game ended in a 0-0 tie, but no makeup date has been announced. Milwaukee has dominated the season series, winning three of four meetings, including a pair of lopsided 13-1 and 13-2 victories in April.
