AP Sports Preview: Twins at Yankees NEW YORK (Interstat) β The Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees will meet Saturday in a split Independence Day doubleheader at Yankee Stadium II, with the opener scheduled for the afternoon and the nightcap under the lights. First-pitch weather is forecast at 98 degrees and clear. Minnesota (42-46) enters having won two of its past three, including an 8-3 victory at Houston on Wednesday.
