ANAHEIM, Calif. (Interstat) — The Vegas Golden Knights and Anaheim Ducks resume their playoff series Friday at Honda Center, with Game 3 tied at one game apiece. Vegas (44-45 overall) visits Anaheim (47-42) at 7 p.m. PDT, seeking to regain home-ice advantage after the teams split the first two games in Las Vegas. The Golden Knights won Game 2, 3-1, on Monday behind a goal and an assist from forward Mitchell Marner. Marner has been productive throughout the postseason, recording nine points in his last 10 games. He had two goals and an assist in a 5-1 win over Utah on May 1 and has multiple points in four of his past five contests. The right wing enters Friday with three goals and seven assists across his last 10 outings. Anaheim counters with center Mikael Granlund, who scored the Ducks’ lone goal in Monday’s loss. Granlund has three goals and seven assists in his last 10 games, including a three-assist performance against Nashville on April 16. He also registered a goal and two assists in a 7-4 win over Edmonton on April 24. The Ducks won both regular-season meetings in Anaheim, including a 4-3 overtime victory Nov. 22 and a 4-3 regulation win Feb. 1. The Golden Knights took Game 2 at home to even the series after Anaheim won the opener 4-3 on Feb. 1 in Las Vegas. Friday’s game marks the first playoff contest at Honda Center between the Pacific Division rivals since 2018. Game 4 is scheduled for Sunday at Anaheim, with Game 5 back in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
