The Lady Tigers are coming off a 52-49 overtime road victory against Alcorn State on Saturday. Prairie View (2-24, 2-11) seeks to end a prolonged slump, carrying a 10-game losing streak into the contest. The Lady Panthers fell 81-56 at Arkansas-Pine Bluff in their last outing. A key matchup will feature two of the conference’s top scorers. Jackson State is led by guard Jaileyah Cotton, who is averaging 15.7 points over her last three games. She posted a dominant double-double of 14 points and 15 rebounds in the win over Alcorn State. Prairie View will counter with guard Crystal Schultz, who has scored 20 or more points in two of her last four games, including a 20-point performance against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
