Auburn, Texas A&M Seek Momentum in SEC Clash COLLEGE STATION, Texas (Interstat) — Two Southeastern Conference women’s basketball teams looking to halt slides will meet Sunday when the Auburn Tigers visit the Texas A&M Aggies at Reed Arena. Auburn (13-12) arrives having lost six consecutive games, most recently a 77-44 defeat to LSU on Feb. 8. The Tigers have struggled offensively during the skid, failing to reach 55 points in four of those losses. Guard Kaitlyn Duhon, a player to watch, averaged 6.7 points over the last six contests. In the loss to LSU, Harissoum Coulibaly led the team with 13 points while Clara Koulibaly grabbed 10 rebounds. Texas A&M (9-11) has dropped seven of its last nine, including a 75-55 loss at Kentucky on Thursday. The Aggies are powered by guard Ny’Ceara Pryor, who is coming off a 21-point performance against the Wildcats and has averaged 18 points over her last three games. She scored 20 points and dished seven assists in a 72-69 win over Alabama on Feb. 8, the team’s only victory since Jan. 8. This matchup represents a critical opportunity for both sides to stabilize their seasons before the conference tournament. Auburn won the season’s first meeting, 58-54, at home on Jan. 15. The Tigers will aim to replicate that defensive effort, while the Aggies seek to protect their home court and split the series. Following this game, Auburn travels to Missouri on Thursday. Texas A&M begins a two-game road swing at Tennessee on Thursday. Tip-off is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026.
