Preview: Denver at Oral Roberts Women’s Basketball TULSA, Okla. (Interstat) — Summit League rivals Denver and Oral Roberts meet for the second time this season Saturday at Mabee Center, with the host Golden Eagles looking to avenge a January loss. Oral Roberts (12-12 overall) enters the contest at .500, while Denver (9-16) seeks to snap a five-game losing skid. The Pioneers’ last victory was an 86-74 home win over these same Golden Eagles on Jan. 24. That game was defined by a career performance from Denver guard Coryn Watts, who scored 31 points and dished six assists. Watts remains the focal point for the Pioneers, averaging 19.4 points over her last five games despite the team’s struggles. She is coming off a 25-point effort in a 65-58 loss to Omaha on Wednesday. Oral Roberts counters with guard Jalei Oglesby, who had 18 points in the first matchup. She has been a consistent scorer, reaching double figures in six consecutive games, including 17 in a 71-66 loss at Saint Thomas (Minn.) on Wednesday. Both teams are coming off midweek defeats and have found consistency elusive in conference play. Denver’s current losing streak includes three home losses. Oral Roberts has dropped three of its last four, with the lone win in that stretch coming at North Dakota on Jan. 29. The Golden Eagles have been strong at home this season, boasting a 9-3 record at Mabee Center. Denver is 3-9 in road games. Saturday’s contest is the only scheduled meeting between the programs this regular season. Following this game, Denver travels to Missouri-Kansas City on Feb. 18. Oral Roberts hosts South Dakota State on Feb. 19. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. CST on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026.
