ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Interstat) — A surging Navy women’s basketball team will look to continue its dominance in Patriot League play when it hosts a struggling Colgate squad on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at Alumni Hall. The Midshipmen (17-6) enter the matchup riding a seven-game winning streak, having most recently dispatched Bucknell 66-43 on Wednesday. Navy’s success has been built on a balanced attack and stout defense, holding opponents to an average of 52.1 points during the streak. A key catalyst for Navy is guard Zoe Mesuch, who has scored in double figures in seven consecutive games. She dropped 17 points in just 28 minutes against Bucknell and is averaging 15.1 points per game during the win streak. They face a Colgate team (6-17) mired in a slump, having lost five of its last six games. The Raiders are coming off a 75-64 home loss to Holy Cross on Wednesday. Despite the team’s struggles, guard Madison Schiller has been a consistent bright spot, averaging 11.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists over her last seven contests. She led all scorers with 18 points against Holy Cross. The season series will see a quick rematch, as the teams are scheduled to meet again in Hamilton, New York, on Feb. 28. Navy won the first meeting between the programs last season, but Colgate holds a narrow lead in the all-time series. The Midshipmen’s current form, however, makes them a heavy favorite on their home court as they seek to solidify their position atop the conference standings. Saturday’s game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. EST tip-off.
