The Greyhounds have shown resilience, alternating wins and losses over their last five contests. Guard Kimmie Hicks, coming off a 10-point, three-rebound, three-assist performance against BU, provides a scoring spark. She averaged 12.8 points over a recent four-game stretch. The visiting Leopards (8-15) look to snap a five-game skid, most recently a 50-62 home loss to Army on Saturday. Lafayette’s struggles have been marked by offensive inconsistency, failing to reach 50 points in three of those five defeats. A key matchup will feature Lafayette’s Maddison Krug against Loyola Maryland’s interior defense. Krug, a consistent presence on the boards, has recorded at least eight rebounds in four of her last six games, including a 14-rebound double-double against Boston University on Jan. 21. Loyola Maryland holds a slight edge in the conference standings, but both teams remain in the mix for Patriot League tournament positioning. Lafayette will rely on Krug and Haylie Adamski, who scored 11 points against Army, to ignite its offense.
