Both sides enter the non-conference matchup with identical 4-9 overall records. The game serves as a final tune-up before each embarks on its league schedule in January. Milwaukee arrives following a 76-52 victory over Division III Wis. Lutheran on Dec. 20, which snapped a three-game skid. The Panthers have struggled against Division I competition, with their last such win coming against Ripon on Dec. 14. A key player for the Panthers is guard Grace Lomen, who is coming off a 21-point performance in 24 minutes against Wis. Lutheran. Over her last three games, Lomen is averaging 14.7 points. The IU Indy Jaguars are looking to rebound from a 72-81 loss at Wisconsin on Dec. 21. That game featured a breakout performance from guard Kamara Mills, who scored a season-high 21 points. Historically, this is a developing conference rivalry, with both programs aiming to climb the Horizon League standings.
