The game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. EST tipoff at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center. Youngstown State (7-3) enters having won three of its last four, including a decisive 65-46 home victory over Wright State on Tuesday. The Penguins have been strong on the road this season, posting a 4-2 record away from home. Florida International (5-3) has won four consecutive games since a three-game skid in mid-November. The Golden Panthers are coming off an 80-63 road win at Florida Atlantic on Monday and are 3-0 at home this season. A key matchup will feature two standout guards. Youngstown State’s Danielle Cameron is averaging 8.5 points and 2.2 assists per game. She is coming off an 18-point performance against Wright State. For Florida International, Parris Atkins has been on a scoring tear, averaging 17.6 points per game. She has scored 17 or more points in four straight contests, including a 20-point outing against Florida Atlantic. The Penguins have shown a balanced attack. Alongside Cameron, Casey Santoro (15 points) and Erica King (8 points) were key contributors in the win over Wright State.
