South Dakota State has won five of its last six, with the lone loss in that stretch to Columbia. Weber State (2-4) seeks to snap a two-game skid after falling 65-52 at Utah last Wednesday. Lanae Billy scored 19 points in the loss. The Wildcats’ two wins this season came against Utah Tech and Westminster. The matchup features a stark contrast in early-season momentum. South Dakota State’s offense averages 76.6 points per game, while Weber State allows an average of 70.6 points defensively. Following this game, South Dakota State travels to face Northern Arizona on Saturday. Weber State hosts North Dakota State on Saturday.
