ERIE, Pa. (Interstat) — The Robert Morris Colonials visit the Mercyhurst Lakers in a nonconference women’s basketball matchup on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center. The Colonials (4-2) enter on a two-game skid but look to rebound against a struggling Mercyhurst squad (0-6) still seeking its first win. Robert Morris fell 64-54 at Eastern Michigan on Nov. 26, despite a 25-point, 7-rebound performance from Bailey Kuhns. Jada Lee added 7 points and 7 rebounds in the loss. Mercyhurst is coming off a 75-67 defeat at Canisius on Sunday. Cici Hernandez led the Lakers with 20 points in that contest, while Lena Walz contributed 15 points and 7 rebounds. The Lakers’ winless start includes lopsided road losses to power conference opponents Michigan State and Iowa State. Robert Morris has shown resilience early, with tight losses to Pittsburgh and Eastern Michigan bracketing a close win over Duquesne. Mercyhurst has played closer games at home, including a four-point loss to Cornell. Following this game, Robert Morris travels to face Northern Kentucky on Dec. 7.
