OMAHA, Neb. (Interstat) — The Omaha women’s basketball team seeks to halt a five-game skid when it visits Idaho State on Wednesday. The Mavericks (1-6) have struggled offensively since their season-opening win, averaging just 52.7 points during their losing streak. They are coming off an 85-41 home loss to Lindenwood on Nov. 22, where Lillian Merow posted a double-double with 10 rebounds and six points. Idaho State (4-2) looks to rebound at Holt Arena in Pocatello after a 71-52 road loss to Loyola Marymount on Nov. 23. Kacey Spink led the Bengals with eight points in that contest. Their season includes a narrow 58-57 win at Portland. The Bengals have defended their home court well, winning both games in Pocatello this season by an average of 36.5 points. Tipoff is set for Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025.
