The Cougars’ defense will focus on containing Kansas center Flory Bidunga, who is averaging a double-double in conference play. Bidunga is coming off an 18-point, 12-rebound performance against Cincinnati and leads the Big 12 in blocked shots. Houston’s offense runs through guard Kingston Flemings, who has scored in double figures in seven of his last eight games. He posted 17 points, eight rebounds and four assists in the loss to Arizona. His backcourt leadership will be critical in one of college basketball’s most hostile environments.
