Both teams enter with identical 14-10 overall records, adding stakes to the Valentine’s Day showdown. The game is a quick rematch of their Jan. 28 meeting, which Saint Bonaventure won 87-79 on Duquesne’s home floor. The Bonnies will look to replicate that performance and complete the regular-season sweep, fueled by guard Darryl Simmons. He torched the Dukes for 31 points in the first matchup and is coming off a 23-point, 5-assist effort in a 70-67 win at Fordham on Feb. 7. Duquesne counters with its own dynamic guard, Tarence Guinyard, who recorded a triple-double (12 points, 12 assists) in the loss to the Bonnies last month. Guinyard is in strong form, averaging 20.3 points over his last three games, including a 27-point performance in an 88-86 win over George Washington on Feb. 7.
