The Mountain Hawks (7-12, 3-3 Patriot) and the visiting Greyhounds (6-13, 2-4) enter with nearly identical overall records but contrasting recent forms. Lehigh looks to rebound from a narrow 82-79 home loss to Navy on Saturday, which snapped a three-game conference winning streak. That streak included an overtime victory at Boston University and a one-point road win at Colgate. Loyola Maryland, meanwhile, arrives with confidence after a decisive 74-57 home win over Boston University on Saturday. The victory marked a positive response after a four-game skid. A key matchup will feature Lehigh guard Nasir Whitlock against a resurgent Loyola Maryland defense.
