Both squads enter with .500 records over their last 10 games. Jacksonville (5-7) looks to rebound from a 65-72 loss at Florida A&M on Wednesday. Florida State (6-6) is coming off a dominant 96-49 home victory over Mississippi Valley State on Friday. The Dolphins have struggled on the road, losing four straight away games by an average margin of 23.5 points. Their success may hinge on the play of guard Jaylen Jones, who scored 17 points in the loss to Florida A&M. Jones has been variable, however, following a 4-point outing in a blowout loss at Texas A&M with a near triple-double (10 points, 9 assists) in a win over Trinity Christian.
