STILLWATER, Okla. (Interstat) — The undefeated Oklahoma State Cowboys look to extend their perfect start when they host the surging Sam Houston Bearkats in a nonconference men’s basketball game Tuesday at Gallagher-Iba Arena. Oklahoma State (7-0) is coming off an 86-81 road victory over Northwestern last Thursday. The Cowboys’ high-powered offense has been a constant, scoring no fewer than 85 points in their last five contests. Key contributors in their latest win included Vyctorius Miller (17 points), Jaylen Curry (18 points) and Anthony Roy (16 points). They will face a Sam Houston squad (5-2) that has found its rhythm, winning four straight games. The Bearkats are coming off a dominant 94-68 road win at Idaho on Friday, fueled by strong performances from Isaiah Manning (18 points), Justin Begg (13 points, 7 assists) and Jacobe Coleman (17 points). Sam Houston’s two losses this season came on the road against power-conference opponents Texas Tech and Utah.
