MURRAY, Ky. (Interstat) — The Murray State Racers, returning home after a two-game road trip, will host the Morehead State Eagles in a men’s NCAA Division I basketball game on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, at the CFSB Center. Murray State (5-3) enters the contest with momentum from a 96-95 road victory over George Washington on Nov. 25. Javon Jackson led the Racers with 24 points in that win. The Racers have been strong at home this season, boasting a 4-1 record in Murray. Morehead State (3-5) looks to rebound from a narrow 85-80 road loss to IU Indy on Nov. 29. Despite the defeat, Jon Carroll posted a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds, while George Marshall added 16 points. The Eagles have struggled away from home, with all five of their losses coming on the road. The game represents an early-season test for both teams as they navigate their non-conference schedules. Murray State will look to capitalize on its home-court advantage, while Morehead State aims to find consistency and secure a significant road victory. Following this matchup, Murray State will remain at home to host Bellarmine on Dec. 6. Morehead State continues its road swing at Presbyterian on the same date.
