Preview: Suns Visit Bucks in Cross-Conference Matchup MILWAUKEE (Interstat) — The Phoenix Suns, holding the superior record, visit the struggling Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night at Fiserv Forum in a cross-conference NBA matchup. The Suns (36-27) enter on a two-game winning streak, most recently edging the New Orleans Pelicans 118-116 on Friday behind 32 points from Devin Booker. Phoenix has won three of its last four. The Bucks (27-35) snapped a three-game skid with a 113-99 victory over the Utah Jazz on Saturday. Despite the win, Milwaukee has lost eight of its last 12 games and sits well below .500. A marquee individual matchup features Phoenix guard Devin Booker against Milwaukee forward Giannis Antetokounmpo. Booker is averaging 24.0 points over his last five full games, including a 32-point performance Friday. He was limited to just nine minutes in a Feb. 19 loss to San Antonio due to an early injury. Antetokounmpo is coming off a near triple-double, posting 27 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in Saturday’s win over Utah. Over his last three games, he is averaging 23.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.7 assists. Phoenix’s recent success has been fueled by Booker and backcourt mate Jalen Green, who scored 25 points against New Orleans. The Suns’ offense will test a Milwaukee defense that has allowed 113 or more points in six of its last nine games. For the Bucks, supporting production around Antetokounmpo will be critical. Guard Ryan Rollins recorded a triple-double (13 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists) against Utah, and forward Ousmane Dieng added 11 points, eight rebounds and nine assists. This game is the first of a two-game season series, with the rematch scheduled in Phoenix on Saturday, March 21. Following Tuesday’s contest, the Suns embark on a four-game road trip through Indiana, Toronto, Boston and Minnesota. The Bucks will begin a three-game trip on Thursday in Miami. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. CDT at Fiserv Forum.
