Preview of NBA Game: Sacramento Kings at Memphis Grizzlies MEMPHIS, Tenn. (Interstat) — The Memphis Grizzlies will look to build on one of their best wins of the season when they host the struggling Sacramento Kings on Monday night at FedExForum. The Grizzlies (21-33) are coming off a 123-114 victory over the Utah Jazz on Friday, led by a breakout 23-point performance from forward Olivier-Maxence Prosper. Memphis has won two of its last three games. Conversely, the Kings (12-45) are mired in a franchise-record 11-game losing streak. Their most recent outing was a 131-94 home loss to the Orlando Magic on Thursday. Sacramento has lost 17 of its last 18 games overall. This will be the fourth and final regular-season meeting between the teams. Memphis has won all three prior matchups this season, including a 129-125 victory in Sacramento on Feb. 4. A key matchup will feature two young players seeking to establish themselves. For Sacramento, center Maxime Raynaud has been a rare bright spot during the skid. He is averaging a double-double over his last 10 games, including a 21-point, 20-rebound performance against New Orleans on Feb. 9 and 17 points with 14 rebounds against Orlando last week. Prosper, meanwhile, has provided a recent spark for Memphis. After a stretch of limited minutes, he has scored 23 and 25 points in two of his last four appearances, offering needed offensive production. Despite their poor record, the Kings have shown an ability to score, averaging 112.3 points per game during their losing streak but allowing a league-worst 126.7 per game over that span. Memphis averages 114.2 points per game but allows 117.9. The Grizzlies will be favored at home, where they are 13-14 this season. The Kings are 4-25 on the road. Following this game, Sacramento begins a three-game Texas trip, while Memphis hosts Golden State on Wednesday. Game time is 7 p.m. CST.
