Preview: Heat at Suns, Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026 PHOENIX (Interstat) — The Miami Heat look to replicate a recent victory over the Phoenix Suns when they visit the Mortgage Matchup Center on Sunday. The Heat (23-22) defeated the Suns 127-121 in Miami on Jan. 13, part of an inconsistent stretch where they have gone 4-6 in their last 10 games. They are coming off a 127-110 road loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday. The Suns (27-18), despite a 110-103 loss at Atlanta on Friday, have been the stronger team this season and are installed as 2-point favorites. Statistical models give Phoenix a 79.7% probability to win. The over/under is set at 229.5 points. The matchup features two of the league’s premier talents. Miami’s Bam Adebayo is averaging 22.8 points, 9.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists over his last 10 games, including a 32-point, 10-rebound performance in the loss to Portland. He scored 29 points with nine rebounds in the Jan. 13 win over Phoenix. Phoenix’s Devin Booker has been equally prolific, averaging 24.2 points and 6.1 assists over his last 10 contests. He nearly posted a triple-double with 24 points, nine rebounds and nine assists in the earlier loss to Miami. The Suns have been strong at home and will aim to avenge their recent defeat to the Heat. Miami, hovering around .500, seeks a signature road win to stabilize its season before a heavy stretch of Eastern Conference games in February. For Phoenix, this begins a four-game homestand. Miami continues a road trip that concludes Monday in Chicago.
