SAN FRANCISCO (Interstat) — The NBA-leading Oklahoma City Thunder, boasting a staggering 19-1 record, travel to face the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night at Chase Center in a rematch of a lopsided contest from earlier this season. The Thunder have been the league’s dominant force, winners of 10 straight games. Their most recent victory was a 123-119 triumph over the Phoenix Suns on Friday, powered by 37 points from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and 23 points from Chet Holmgren. Oklahoma City handed the Warriors a decisive 126-102 defeat in Oklahoma City on Nov. 11. Since that loss, Golden State has gone 5-5, most recently defeating the New Orleans Pelicans 104-96 on Saturday. Jimmy Butler led the way for the Warriors in that contest with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists. The Warriors, currently 11-10, will look to defend their home court and level the season series. They face a daunting task against a Thunder team that has shown no signs of slowing down, averaging over 120 points per game during their winning streak. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. PST. Following the game, the Warriors begin a three-game road trip in Philadelphia on Thursday, while the Thunder host the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.
